2022 Rás na hÉireann

The Dunleer AC committee is looking forward to another fantastic year, with the return of Rás na hÉireann cross country on February 20th 2022 at the beautiful, historic OPW site at Oldbridge, where the Battle of the Boyne took place in 1690.  It truly is an amazing course for cross country and the committee will be working as hard as ever to organise another brilliant day for athletics fans. This will be the 51st Rás and Dunleer Athletic Club will be looking forward to hearing from old friends and new to support, sponsor, participate and enjoy the event.

Larry Mc Guill Rás na hÉireann, as it is fondly named now since the passing of the great Larry Mc Guill in 2011 will be a great event and a time to reflect on the history of the Club and the sport, with Armagh Athletic Club supporting the cross border link and the Mc Guill, Duffin and Floyd families invited to present the Cups to the winning teams.
